Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls, gather information about customers and their work sites, and enter data into a ticket format. You'll also be responsible for identifying work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators

  • Gather information about customers and their work sites
  • Enter data into a ticket format
  • Identify work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Communicate effectively with excavators, peers, and management
  • Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
  • Accurately read digital maps
  • Demonstrate an interest in public safety
  • Understand and apply new concepts
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
  • Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
