Job Summary

As a Customer Service Credit Specialist 3 (New Accounts Servicing), you'll be responsible for providing assistance to a variety of products and services, assisting on assignments of moderate complexity, and exchanging moderately complex information with others. You'll also evaluate and select solutions to complete limited complexity assignments, assess risk, and demonstrate a commitment to compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

* Provide assistance to a variety of products and services, including new account servicing and credit maintenance

  • Assist on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision, including data entry, research, and analysis
  • Assist on a wide range of specialized administrative/technical tasks, such as credit reporting and facility management
  • Exchange moderately complex information with others, including customers, colleagues, and management
  • Evaluate and select solutions to complete limited complexity assignments, taking into account business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding arenaflex, its clients, and assets
  • Demonstrate a commitment to compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices
  • Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged

Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, credit maintenance, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies, including credit policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated technical and administrative knowledge, including data entry, research, and analysis
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
