Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers, providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, using your language skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional support experience: Provide a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, using your expertise and empathy to resolve issues and meet their needs.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers: Engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, using your language skills to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Provide a memorable and delightful experience: Use your creativity and expertise to provide a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
  • 18 years of age: You must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid ID and proof of age.

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following equipment and internet requirements:

  • Hardwired internet connection: You must have a hardwired internet connection, with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
  • Working Phone Line: You must have a working phone line, either a home phone or mobile phone.
  • Noise/distraction-free environment: You must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with minimal interruptions and distractions.
  • Desk and ergonomic chair: You must have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair, designed to promote comfort and productivity.
