Responsibilities

As an integral part of our winning team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, built on trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of their unique needs and concerns
  • Providing prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Educating customers about insurance options, helping them make informed decisions that meet their individual needs and goals
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer challenges and concerns
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic, with a total commitment to success each day

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • A self-motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty insurance, life insurance, and health insurance
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems, including CRM platforms and insurance management systems
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
