The Job
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding our customers' warranties. You'll be part of a high-functioning team environment, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Educate customers on their warranty coverage and benefits, ensuring they understand their policy and any associated requirements
- Resolve customer conflicts and complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Knowledge of warranty and insurance products, including GAP coverage and vehicle theft protection
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and customers simultaneously
- Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
