Key Responsibilities
As a work-from-home customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients through various channels, including:
- Inbound phone calls
- Chat messages
- Emails
Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. You'll also be expected to:

Contractual Relationship
As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
