Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our customer success program and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding, supporting, and delighting customers, while developing and executing strategies to promote loyalty and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for all B2B Customer Success requirements
  • Being the product expert, learning the ins and outs of our product and services to help customers understand, use, and get the most out of the company
  • Owning the end-to-end customer journey, from Sales handover to managing implementation to preventing churn, with a focus on maximizing adoption and delivering customer delight
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure effective adoption and renewals, providing regular reports to leadership and customers on account progress, opportunities, and risks
  • Closely tracking customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to prevent potential churn
  • Implementing processes to ensure rapid response to customer support challenges, ensuring issues are escalated to the right stakeholders, and coordinating across the company as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of Customer Success experience, with a strong inclination towards Real Estate
  • Experience working within Customer Success teams and developing and embedding best practices to deliver company goals
  • A proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A strong sense of urgency and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve great things
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer support or communication (either directly or through team leadership)
  • A background in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing customers
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer success tools
  • A proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • $75,000 salary + Commission ($120,000 total OTE)
