Your Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell if required

We're Looking for Fearless People

We're seeking individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Have 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Be over 18 years of age
• Be able to type 25 wpm
• Have a High School Graduate or GED
• Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
• Possess proven oral and written communication skills
• Have logical problem-solving skills
• Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
• Demonstrate organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

• Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps, and minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
• Proof of internet speed required
• A clean and quiet workspace
