Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, data entry, and administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders. This is a remote opportunity, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a virtual environment and can effectively communicate with our team and clients across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail - Coordinate with Program Coordinators to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of operational tasks - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and data entry - Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes - Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Experience with AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and other relevant software a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in transportation logistics, brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction - AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel experience - Call center experience - Supply chain, logistics, or data entry experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with team members and clients across different time zones

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Experience with AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and other relevant software - Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
