Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients enrolled in our debt resolution program, ensuring that their questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email.
  • Utilizing our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity.
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's success in completing the program and other key retention activities throughout the program.
  • Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with other supporting departments to ensure our client's success in the program.
  • Staying up-to-date on program details, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to client inquiries.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

  • Achieve high levels of client retention and program completion rates.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of program details, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client support.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.

  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Reliable internet speeds required.
  • A positive attitude, team player, and empathy to hardship.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity.
  • Financial services experience, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards, a plus.
  • Previous debt settlement experience is highly valued.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
