Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative - Life Insurance Benefits Advisor, you'll work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. Key Responsibilities

* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients

  • Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
  • Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Laptop or computer with camera is required

  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain a Life & Health license
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Must reside in North America

* Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
