The Position

As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving account issues
  • Assisting with billing and repayment of customer bills
  • Processing payments and providing information on how to resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

* No Experience Necessary: We'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.

  • Ability to Work In-Office: Must be able to work in our office location in Melville, NY.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day and morning shifts.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (not required, but preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with billing and payment processing
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
