About the Role

As a part-time data entry specialist, you will be an integral part of our IT Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team, responsible for supporting various IT projects in Atlanta, GA, or Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting with data entry, business analysis, and technical support for IT projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test software applications
• Providing technical expertise in areas such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Precise, Lithe/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++ on Linux, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, and mobile app development
• Analyzing data to create performance dashboards and service-level agreements with various products
• Participating in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications and infrastructure
