Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers, showcasing our products and services
• Work with our food program, providing customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions to customer concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease and efficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales experience
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on safety and efficiency
