Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming new customers and helping them make appointments in our Service Center
  • Providing thoughtful and professional customer care, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Collaborating with our award-winning Service Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Reaching out to customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, and manufacturer recalls
  • Calling new customers to welcome them and provide exceptional service
  • Building trust, earning confidence, and finding agreeable options for our customers through strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and dependability are essential in this role, as you'll be working closely with customers and team members to resolve issues and meet their needs

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive sector (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find agreeable options for our customers
  • Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities
  • A track record of dependability and teamwork
  • Readiness to learn new software and technology
