Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare provider accounts via calls, emails, and chat
• Proactively upsell features and promote tailored solutions to providers to maximize platform value
• Simplify platform usage for providers across multiple communication channels
• Resolve issues promptly and effectively to create positive user experiences
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform to demonstrate its value to various medical specialties
• Maintain accurate records of all provider interactions and communications
