This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments, and enhancing client satisfaction to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set in-home appointments with leads generated from our marketing efforts
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and ensure the sales team has accurate, up-to-date information
  • Follow corporate-provided scripts and processes with professionalism
  • Adapt corporate strategies to fit the needs of the Albany market
  • Provide a smooth and professional customer experience over the phone
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to appointments and confirmations
  • Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the internal team

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and team members
  • Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills who adapts quickly in a fast paced environment
  • A passion for building lasting relationships with clients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
