[Remote] Customer Success Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Representative to join their team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments, and enhancing client satisfaction to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Set in-home appointments with leads generated from our marketing efforts
• Confirm scheduled appointments and ensure the sales team has accurate, up-to-date information
• Follow corporate-provided scripts and processes with professionalism
• Adapt corporate strategies to fit the needs of the Albany market
• Provide a smooth and professional customer experience over the phone
• Track and report key performance metrics related to appointments and confirmations
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the internal team

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service or account management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and team members
• Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate systems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills who adapts quickly in a fast paced environment
• A passion for building lasting relationships with clients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
