Must Have Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with Hightouch including audience syncs, destinations, and pipelines
Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts (e.g., modeling, transformations, data validation)
Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
Good to Have Skills :
Familiarity with reverse ETL tools similar to Hightouch such as Census
Knowledge of marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Basic understanding of APIs and data integration workflows
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain data syncs between data warehouse and business tools using Hightouch
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and sync performance
