Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our e-learning courses and materials. You will be in charge of design including website and course design. Your design skills will be instrumental in making learning experiences not only informative but also visually appealing and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and cohesive design solutions for e-learning courses, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts.

• Design new templates and edit existing ones.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all e-learning materials.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to ensure that design elements enhance the learning experience.
• Utilize your UX/UI design skills to improve the user interface and user experience of our e-learning platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• A remarkable portfolio showcasing your previous design work, with a focus on branding and visual identity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with UX/UI design and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting project deadlines.

• Prior experience in e-learning or education design is a plus.
