Job Summary

As a NetApp Business Analyst, you are part of a team responsible for reporting, planning, scheduling & monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle. In this critical role, you will focus on supporting the global Order Fulfillment team to achieve performance results and drive continuous improvement. You will primarily handle end to end reporting & analytics responsibilities and work with cross-functional teams representing a particular area of expertise. To be successful, you will need to be extremely technical and organized; able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and manage projects; have strong communication skills; and be a motivated, self-starter.

Job Requirements

  • Development and implementation of Global Order fulfillment reporting
  • Support quarterly and yearly revenue forecasting and reconciliation reporting
  • Development and implementation of KPI metrics
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify the data sources, create data flow, write complex queries, design dashboards, and analyze the data to ensure data quality
  • Delivery lead time analysis and management
  • Support ad-hoc data and reporting to support Order fulfillment requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in relevant experience as business analyst, data analyst, business intelligence engineer, analysis & reporting or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, slicer etc.,), VBA coding, Power Query
  • 3+ years’ experience with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including building data models, transforming data with Power Query, developing advanced visualizations, applying DAX for analytical calculations, and designing effective, user‑centric dashboards and reports that support operational decision‑making. Proficiency connecting to diverse data sources, optimizing report performance, and applying best practices in report structure, layout, and interactivity. Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation, data refresh orchestration, and integrating Power BI into broader analytics processes.
  • Skills to decompose As-Is Business Processes even if poorly documented or communicated, and develop standardized scalable To-Be Business Processes and Data Solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to stitch, calibrate and quality control multiple data sources
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task, problem solve, learn independently, and high tolerance for ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree with a focus on Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field of study
  • Strong business knowledge & experience of quoting and sales order flow at a HW/SW mix company or at any hi-tech company
  • Understanding Enterprise Datawarehouse Concepts and experience with BI tools like OBIEE
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP system, primarily with order management
  • Experience with SQL and Python-based ETL framework

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of overall 6+ years of experience is required; 10 years of experience is preferred
  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required or equivalent experience

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
