Global Learning Collaborative, a subsidiary of US HealthConnect, is seeking a qualified candidate for the Manager, Supporter Services position. Candidates will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to assigned supporters. Supporters are defined as pharmaceutical, device, and diagnostic companies, i.e., grantors, that provide educational grants to design, develop, and execute medical education activities.

This role encompasses both internal and external facing services and responsibilities, including: accountability for the success of educational initiative reporting through understanding educational needs, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring that the appropriate internal resources are working to resolve any issues; to consistent, proactive communications regarding the status of the grant funding, educational plan implementation, activity metrics, and outcomes.

What a day in the life of a Manager, Supporter Solutions looks like

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Developexpertisein assigned educational grants,identifyeducational gaps, and contribute to the development and execution of education plans.
  • Understand the scope of educational initiatives and their success criteria.
  • Maintain consistent communicationinternally and externallyregardingactivity status, milestones, and grant execution with guidance.
  • Develop and deliver activity reports, including but not limited to status reports, metrics, outcomes, and educational effectiveness.
  • Identifyeducational needs by analyzing program metrics to propose future grant renewal opportunities to grantors.
  • Collaboratewith educational strategists andthebusiness development teamon education strategy and grant execution.
  • Oversee multiple priorities at once.
  • Leadand/orparticipatein live meetings with grantors, as needed.

What we expect from qualified candidates

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client services role, preferably in medical education, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong aptitude for interpreting and communicating healthcare data in relation to clinical learning and education.
  • Understand the educational needs of healthcare professionals and the metrics that define successful learning engagements.
  • Haveabilityto translate and align data into supporter-ready insights and evidence-driven strategies.
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills to foster partnerships across analytics, business, and clinical teams.
  • Work flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Havemeeting planningexperienceand/orproject management(preferred).
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage conflict and solve problems effectively.
  • Show strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail andthe ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Understand key principles of project management.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities andcomfortablywork in a team environment.
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to travel and work extended hours as needed.
  • Have an understanding of the healthcare environment, continuing medical education, and medical communications.
