Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers in our pharmacies. You will be the face of our company and will be expected to model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a positive customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
  • Recommending items for sale to customers and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including the front-end and back-end areas
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers in our pharmacies

  • Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including the front-end and back-end areas
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services, including medications, health and wellness products, and services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, patients, and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of medications, health and wellness products, and services
  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with electronic health records and pharmacy software systems
