Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the perception of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about arenaflex programs, services, and policies
  • Process transactions, such as membership sales, program registrations, and facility rentals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a recreation or park district setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex programs and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
