Location and Work Environment

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate product and service information to customers
- Assisting customers in navigating our website and online resources to find solutions and answers
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining a comprehensive log of inquiries and issues
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalating when necessary
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and collecting feedback on their experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field; previous experience in a call center is highly valued
