Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements
  • Providing seamless support throughout the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentoring others as your skillset expands
  • Achieving sales targets while delivering an iconic customer experience
  • Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel to apply for the license

Customer Experience Consultants at arenaflex receive an hourly rate, and after their training, have the opportunity to earn a performance-based sales incentive in addition to their hourly rate.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
  • A hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
