Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
• Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
• Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule and Work Environment

* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

• Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
• Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise
