Job Summary

We're looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team, assisting clients with their insurance needs and guiding them through personalized coverage options. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, working with warm leads, and providing a seamless client experience. You'll combine customer service with consultative sales skills, no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and personalized support
• Educating clients on insurance options that meet their needs, including life insurance, final expense, and mortgage protection solutions
• Providing support throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building strong relationships and trust
• Tracking all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and insights
• Meeting individual performance and client satisfaction goals, driving business growth and success

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a commitment to building strong relationships with our clients
• Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems
• A Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), ensuring you're equipped to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients

Expected Salary

The expected salary for this role is $55,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

This role is based in Burbank, CA, with remote work options available.
