Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
- Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively

Experience and Qualifications
