Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external customers. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and courteous manner.
- Research and resolve problems with orders and claims.
- Populate data and participate in workflow processes within customer experience Relationship Management (CRM) or other equivalent system.
- Support department leadership with dashboard statistics.
- Complete related records, reports, and documentation as assigned.
- Resolve questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously utilizing the company CRM or other equivalent system for issue tracking and resolution reporting.
- Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of call center experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement).
- 40 WPM – Will be tested.
- High school diploma.
Work Environment:
- 100% Remote – Equipment will be supplied.
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM (Plus occasional Sundays).
- Busy call center.
