Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality customer support, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development of our customer service strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
