Responsibilities

As a CRM Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing CRM strategies

for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, determining channels and send cadence. Create the strategy and framework for the rapid testing in CRM channels.

Managing end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns

. Manage creative briefs end to end, from requesting campaigns assets needed to reviewing copy and design to launching campaigns.

Pulling lists from Snowflake using SQL and uploading audiences to marketing platforms

. Responsible for tracking initiatives, reporting progress out to team proactively and identifying next steps from campaign learnings, as well as understanding campaign performance against current benchmarks.

Optimizing engagement metrics through A/B testing and/or applying CRM team insights

, and investigating performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness.

Establishing strong working relationships

with cross-functional stakeholders in our Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams.

Staying current on marketing best practices

in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention team, sharing learnings and insights regularly.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in CRM strategy, execution, and optimization.

Proven track record

of driving growth and improving customer engagement through CRM campaigns.

Strong understanding

of CRM platforms, email marketing, and push notifications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills

, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with Snowflake

and SQL.

Certification

in CRM, marketing, or a related field.

Familiarity
