The Role
As a Customer Service Representative / Inbound Agent at arenaflex, you will be the front-line for solving clients' challenges, providing issue resolution, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Providing training and support to clients on arenaflex technology and solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Continuously learning and upgrading your knowledge and skills on payroll, compliance, and other relevant areas

Requirements
* At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- College degree is great, but not required; skills and experience are more important.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.
