Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within company systems and databases
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality information
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical records as needed
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies or errors
  • Adhering to data privacy and security policies to safeguard sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company systems and databases

  • Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality information
  • Record Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records as needed
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies or errors
  • Data Security: Adhere to data privacy and security policies to safeguard sensitive information

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher (preferred)
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (1 year preferred)
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum of 45 WPM)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently
