Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for processing patient information, handling customer inquiries, and providing support to our healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's data entry systems and procedures to process new patient enrollment and update patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations and codes as necessary.
- Settle all data entry-related exceptions, working closely with senior staff to resolve complex issues.
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and escalating issues as necessary.
- Acquire and maintain a current professional license or certification within the first 90 days of employment.
Essential Capabilities
* Basic computer skills, including starting and closing software, using a mouse, and accessing online resources.
- Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and completing online forms.
- Transitional-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) typing speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Capabilities
* At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment.
- Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed.
- Familiarity with Spanish and English languages.
