Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the team leader to ensure seamless operations and meet performance targets.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to customers.
  • Attend and complete all required training programs by the designated deadlines.
  • Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team.

  • Compliance with all American Airlines policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Possession of a valid BAA airside pass.
  • GSAT training and certification.
  • Ability to complete all relevant training programs efficiently.
  • Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness to apply for a BAA driving license as required.
  • Ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required.

Desired qualifications – education

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
