Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat on the OnlyFans platform

  • Address customer questions, share sales links, and offer discounts as needed
  • Access creators' OnlyFans accounts and follow provided guidance on responding to commonly asked questions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in live chat or social media support

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using social media and website chat functions on a device (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
