What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative I, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students and patients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes to ensure seamless student experiences
  • Navigating ERP and CRM systems to support students in their enrollment journey and provide accurate information
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing electronic medical records for compliance with HIPAA regulations and university policies
  • Ensuring adherence to university policies regarding personal information and maintaining confidentiality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • General knowledge of customer service principles and English language structure
