Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Work From Home Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer needs. You will also be expected to maintain a high standard of service that reflects arenaflex's commitment to customer care.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with booking, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel needs

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support
  • Resolve issues or escalate to relevant departments when necessary
  • Maintain a high standard of service that reflects arenaflex's commitment to customer care

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – training provided

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
