Job Summary

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support advisors who provide top-notch service to our clients via phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll be the driving force behind our customer support strategy, working closely with our senior leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of customer support advisors, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they're equipped to handle complex client issues

  • Develop and implement effective customer support strategies to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our customer support processes
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with our customer support goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Work closely with our HR team to address and resolve employee issues
  • Successfully interview and recommend candidates for hire
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer-facing and management experience

  • Proven track record of success in customer support leadership roles, with a focus on driving client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or equivalent customer-facing and management experience

  • Experience working in a remote customer support environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
