The Role

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing personalized travel recommendations, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement customized travel itineraries, manage client relationships, and stay up-to-date on the latest travel industry trends and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities

  • Process payments on behalf of clients
  • Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
  • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, building strong networks and partnerships
  • Work well in a group/team setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the travel industry and policies, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Complete required certification within a timely manner
  • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older, and a resident of the United States

  • Must have a smartphone and/or a computer with reliable internet access
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
  • Ability to manage time and be organized
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and internet knowledge
  • Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service

  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in travel industry-related fields (e.g., ARC, IATA, CLIA)
  • Fluency in multiple languages
