Job Summary

As a Seasonal Part-time Customer Service and/or Inbound Phone Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for arenaflex. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and set your own schedule between the business hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. You will be responsible for handling inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries, with some limited outbound follow-up calls as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries via phone

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and notations of customer interactions, typing at least 45 words per minute

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant telephone demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing (at least 45 WPM)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior sales and/or customer service experience in a similar industry

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
