We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality data entry services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our data management processes. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple types of data in our database system
- Entering information in our work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
- Possessing a thorough understanding of our document control and record files
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
- Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
- Utilizing photocopying and scanning equipment
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team environment
- Staying on timeline and meeting deadlines
- Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance, and other personnel to optimize performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, move around production areas, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing safety equipment
- Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
