• Supporting the A319/A320/A321 Fleet Engineering Team within the Technical Operations Division
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft

• Collaborating with other airline departments to provide technical assistance and support

What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Keeping informed of day-to-day airline operations involving your field of responsibility
• Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
• Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations
• Providing Engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components
• Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems
• Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
• Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
• Preparing Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections or other maintenance actions

Essential Qualifications

• A strong background in data entry and administrative support

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with airline operations and maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and components
• Experience with project management and coordination
• Certification in data entry or administrative support
