Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, Cross-Trained, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Successful completion of training course
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
• Previous airline experience or front-line customer service experience preferred

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Agent, Cross-Trained, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues across various channels. You'll be required to:

• Use computers and other office equipment
• Work in an airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
• Work all shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly
• Assist disabled customers, including pushing wheelchairs

Starting Salary

The starting salary for this role is $16.54 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
