Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist – Remote, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Review data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs, acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities and allocations.
  • Customer Support: Resolve customer questions and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • System Administration: Administer customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer-Specific Files: Maintain customer-specific national and regional discount files within the employer and customer-based systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Associate Degree in Business Management or Related Field: Or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • 3-5 Years of Customer-Related Experience and Account Management: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on account management and customer satisfaction.
