Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to sales and healthcare professionals through phone and email interactions. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, accurate, and courteous service. Responsibilities

* Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.

  • Answer incoming requests through our multichannel system, which includes order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex specifications and standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders.
  • Interpret and explain detailed information about processes and procedures, providing clear and concise guidance to customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives, making informed decisions that drive business success.
  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer service tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

  • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $20.08 - $32.87 per hour, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
