Scale Plus is a business development company based in Montréal, specializing in the information technology sector. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to contribute to their sales strategy, execute business development missions, and generate real business opportunities for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategy commerciale de Scale Plus
  • Exécuter des missions de développement d’affaires pour nos clients
  • Développer des pitchs percutants
  • Prospecter par téléphone
  • Prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés avec des décideurs (C-Level, direction métiers…)
  • Participer aux RDV de démo et assurer le suivi post-entretien
  • Accompagner les phases de négociation et de closing
  • Mettre à jour les outils CRM et produire les reportings hebdos
  • Animer des points de suivi avec les clients
  • Contribuer activement au développement de Scale Plus

Skills

  • Strong persuasion skills and verbal fluency (in both French and English)
  • A hunter mindset: you're not afraid of the phone and love prospecting
  • A drive for results and challenges
  • Great organization and attention to detail
  • At least 1 year of B2B business development experience
  • A passion for the tech industry
