The Role

As a Customer Retention Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer loyalty across our markets. You'll lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, coaching and mentoring them to achieve exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales and upgrade campaigns to maximize conversion and retention
  • Coaching team leads and representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Embedding a culture that prioritizes customer-centric retention strategies and sales performance coaching
  • Analyzing sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer retention strategies
  • Identifying and addressing customer pain points to improve satisfaction and loyalty

Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate setting, ideally with a background in BPO or Call Center environments
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with sales performance analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of consumer protection and compliance standards in telesales
  • Passion for customer experience and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and performance management
  • Integrity, resilience, and a customer-first mindset
