We're looking for a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team and help shape the function from the ground up.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in ensuring our SMB and mid-market customers enjoy a seamless and engaging experience on our platform, driving retention and growth. You'll act as the connective tissue between our customers and internal teams, shaping how we deliver value and helping evolve the product through deep customer insight.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboard new customers like a pro, delivering high-impact onboarding and ensuring a smooth ramp to value

  • Drive product adoption at scale, using data to proactively identify and engage customers and help them unlock key features
  • Own account health, tracking usage to detect risk and balancing higher-touch engagements with a scaled approach
  • Solve problems fast, jumping in to support users when issues arise and coordinating with technical teams as needed
  • Systematize what works, helping design and refine a scalable approach to Customer Success that supports thousands of users
  • Champion the customer voice, surfacing key trends and collaborating with Product and Sales to shape the roadmap and sharpen GTM messaging

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or similar
  • A passion for meeting new people and spreading that energy to them through their approach
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to customers and make them feel like they're embarking on a journey with a partner
  • A love for experimenting and trying new ideas without fear of iterating and failing
  • A deep understanding of our brand values: intelligent, low-bs, authentic, and customer-oriented
  • Sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated to win
