Responsibilities
As a German Customer Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and accessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building strong relationships through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods and tools provided
- Keeping records of customer interaction, processing customer accounts, and filing documents in a secure and organized manner
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native or near-native German language skills (C2 level)
- Very good command of English language (B2 – C1 level)
- Good MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters and situations
- Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of customers, with a focus on building trust and satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
